VENDOR INFORMATION AND GUIDELINES

There are two types of vendors at Traders Market:

1. Monthly Vendors: Vendors that signup for one of more months and typically require larger spaces.

2. Monster Weekly Garage Sale Vendors: Vendors that signup on a weekly basis in the Easy Room.

1. MONTHLY VENDOR GUIDELINES

  • There will be availability each Friday between 3pm to 6 pm before each selling weekend to see the space or to set-up early. 

  • Doors will open at 8 am for vendors to prepare their spaces on Saturdays and Sundays.

  • On day of selling, go to Vendor Registration Booth next to South Door entrance, sign-in, and obtain Reserved Space location.

  • One or two tables (depending on the size of your space) will be available.

  • Prepare to leave your space by 5 pm. Arrangements can be made to leave merchandise over night or longer depending upon your registration.


 

There are two ways to sell:

1. Weekend Reserved Space Vendor: For vendors who reserve a specific space no less than a week in advance for the two-day event of the following weekend.

 
2. Monthly Reserved Space Vendor: For vendors who rent any type of space by the month. Please allow a one week notice for space adjustments and availability. Special discounts offered.

Medium Space: 8ft x 10ft – 12ft x 15ft ____$200

Large Space: 12ft x 20ft – 20ft x 20ft _____$300

The space sizes and charge amounts may vary depending on time of year and number of vendors at any given time. You are welcome to contact us for information on vendor deals or monthly vacancies available. Our entire company works on a first come first serve basis, please plan ahead if you would like to reserve anything.

2. MONSTER WEEKLY GARAGE SALE VENDOR GUIDELINES

  1. No pre-registration is required

  2. Just show up between 8am - 9am Saturday morning at the East door (facing Hobby Lobby) of the former Sears building

  3. Bring your own tables & chairs 

  4. $25 per 10 X 10 space, either one day or all weekend

  5. Must pack up and leave by 6pm Sunday evenings (unless returning the following weekend).

  6. Availability is on a first come first served basis
